We envision a world in which people from all countries are empowered with the knowledge and methodologies to transform conflicts and create more equitable societies for themselves. We work towards this through research and training for other organisations that improves their policies and practices. We engage in qualitative academic research on topics where we have particular expertise, such as inclusion, adaptive peacebuilding, and power. Together with our partners and collaborators, we also organise in-person retreats and trainings in Mallorca on frontier topics in peacebuilding.
